Heroclix. Man, do I love those little plastic denizens of the various comic book universes. Being a 20*cough*+ year comic book fan and part-time comic artist, I fell in love with 'Clix as soon as I was introduced to them.

However, one thing bothered me about HeroClix almost as soon as I started playing. The ranks. Not so much that the figures HAD ranks, but the fact that the figures sculpts didn't match their supposed ranks. I mean, you had a figure like Nightwing, who I knew had a long and illustrious comic book career, but yet his "rookie" looked the same as his "experienced" which looked the same as his "veteran."

Almost immediately, I decided that if I was going to keep collecting the 'Clix, I was going to have to do something about the ranks. Thankfully, with the Internet at my fingertips, I was able to find others who thought similarly and was quickly introduced to "modding."

So here I am, a year or so later, and I'm a modding addict. Mostly, I stick to modding various versions of REV sets, or re-doing certain sculpts that I feel WizKids missed the mark on. But, on occasion, I'll do a figure that WizKids hasn't made yet - usually for a modding contest of some kind. Since WizKids hasn't released their formula for dial creation, I don't like to venture into characters that don't already have dials.

So take a look at my wares and let me know what you think. Feedback is always welcome!
