Phantom Stranger was one of my most ambitious mods to date. Presented to me as a challenge from Kinseeker over at the hcrealms.com forum, I felt pretty good about the results.

This Phantom Stranger was made using more individual parts than any other of my mods to date. He has the lower body and head of an Undercover Gotham Police figure with the upper body and arms of a Starman, the hands of a Clayface and one of the hats from a Mad Hatter, all sanded down; the cape, jacket, jewelry and gaps were filled with a Brown/Green Stuff blend. He was painted with Reaper paints.
