I created this mod for a friend of mine's City of Heroes character, Planet Girl. This is Planet Girl in her original costume post-level 20 (with her cape). I used a Superwoman from the Legacy set as a base, all extras are sculped with Brown/Green Stuff and painted with Reaper paints.
