After completing the stripping process of our figures and pulling apart the joints, we should have all of the figures. The Demon should be pulled into five parts (head, cape, two arms, and a torso with legs). Sabretooth is now in two parts (head and body). Dove is in two parts (Head and cape; and main body). Constrictor is just stripped in one piece.

(For the sake of full disclosure, the Constrictor I'm using for this project was in my "parts box" so it was only an upper torso, and the Dove head I'm using was also from my "parts" being left over from my Supergirl mod. Other than that, I'm following the same formula.)

Let's start with Sabretooth. First, I'm going to remove Sabretooth's two arms at the shoulder. I like to make as straight a cut as possible, rather than trimming to preserve a particular shape. I've found that it makes putting the pieces back together much easier.

Next, we're going to cut Sabretooth at the waist using the same technique, keeping his lower body intact.

Moving on to the Dove figure, all we need is her ponytail, so just trim that off.

Constrictor is similar, I'm only planning to use a single coil, so I'll trim the long coil off his right hand.

And finally, The Demon figure should already be separated, we just need to cut him just below his belt line and trim the belt off. Then, trim the ears and horns off The Demon's head.

At this point, we should have all of the pieces we need to assemble our Omega Red - head, torso with legs, arms, and ponytail. Obviously, he's going to require quite a bit of sculpting to finish him, but first, let's assemble what we've got!
